Customers Liability Waiver
As the renter, I fully acknowledge that participation in inflatable and recreational activities carries inherent risks.
I, _______________________, the renter, voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the rented equipment and agree to release and hold harmless Desert Mamas Rentals, its owners, employees, and representatives from any claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from my use of the rental equipment.
I take full responsibility for supervising all children and ensuring adherence to the rules. I am committed to reviewing and explaining the basic rules of inflatable bouncy houses, waterslides, and other equipment to my guests at the event. Desert Mamas will provide a list of these rules for reference or display for guests. Additionally, I will designate two or more adults to supervise at all times while the equipment is in use.
**Desert Mamas Basic Rules for Inflatables:**
1. Shoes, food, drinks, pets, and sharp objects are prohibited on inflatables.
2. The equipment must NOT be used during high winds, rain, or lightning.
3. The renter is liable for any damage caused by misuse, vandalism, or failure to adhere to the rules.
4. The renter must provide access to electrical power within 100 feet of the setup area unless otherwise arranged with Desert Mamas.
5. The renter is responsible for providing a safe and level setup area, free of debris, rocks, pet waste, and other hazards.
6. The renter agrees not to relocate, tamper with, or alter the equipment after setup without prior approval from Desert Mamas.
7. The renter agrees to inspect the equipment before use and report any concerns immediately.
**Damage & Cleaning**
The renter accepts responsibility for any damage caused by negligence, misuse, vandalism, pets, fireworks, sharp objects, or failure to follow safety instructions.
Additional charges will apply if:
- Equipment and/or accessories are missing or broken
- Equipment is returned stained with glue, slime, or paint
This agreement is governed by Arizona law.
**Media Release**
☐ I authorize Desert Mamas Rentals to use photographs of rental setups for advertising and promotional purposes.
☐ I do not authorize the use of photographs for advertising purposes.
